Terms and Conditions for Exclusive Karl Kani Leather Jacket Raffle
1. ORGANIZER AND PRICE
The organizer or host of the contest of the raffle to win the exclusive Karl Kani leather jacket is SNIPES SE, Schanzenstraße 41, 51063 Cologne, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer” or “SNIPES”). SNIPES is the sole organizer of this giveaway. Instagram, the Meta Corporation and its subsidiaries have not and will not sponsor and endorse this giveaway and are not associated with the giveaway. Instagram, the Meta Corporation and its subsidiaries are in no form responsible for any activities, that are in relation to the endeavor of this contest.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Natural persons who are at least 16 years old and live in Europe. The giveaway takes place 26th of April 2024, and 2nd of May 2024 (23:59am). Participation in the giveaway is free and independent of the purchase of goods and services. By performing the actions described in section 3, the participant accepts the terms and conditions of this giveaway. Winners are responsible for the accuracy of the data and contact details provided. In the event of a breach of the conditions of participation, SNIPES reserves the right to exclude the persons concerned from the giveaway. In such cases, SNIPES also has the right to subsequently refuse participation for further giveaways.
3. PARTICIPATION
The giveaway takes place between 26th of April 2024, and 2nd of May 2024 (23:59) on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/karlkani_europe/). The participant must “like” the designated giveaway post from @karlkani_europe with their Instagram account, tag two additional individuals in the comments, and follow the @karlkani_europe Instagram profile. SNIPES can exclude participants, who are tempering with the contest mechanism (I.e., using multiple Instagram-accounts) or are using computer systems, that allow the user to post multiple comments under the designated giveaway post from @karlkani_europe. Participants, who use offensive, discriminatory and inappropriate language in their comment or infringe the copyright or moral rights of third parties with their comment, can be excluded from the participation of this giveaway. The Challenge ends on the 2nd of May 2024 (23:59).
4. DRAW AND NOTIFICATION OF THE WINNERS
Among the participants who have fulfilled all the conditions in sections 2 and 3, two winners will be drawn. The drawing will be conducted randomly. The winner will be notified no later than the 3rd of May 2024 (23:59) via Instagram direct message through the account https://www.instagram.com/karlkani_europe/. To redeem the prize, the winner must provide their first and last name, address, and date of birth to SNIPES by no later than the 6th of May 2024 (18:00). Otherwise, SNIPES reserves the right to draw a new winner.
5. CANCELLATION
SNIPES reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time without prior notice for important reasons. A termination for cause can occur in particular for technical reasons or for legal reasons a proper implementation of the production or the competition can no longer be guaranteed. Liability towards participants is excluded in this respect. If such a termination was caused by the intentional conduct of a participant, SNIPES may demand compensation from this person for the damage incurred as a result.
6. LIABILITY
SNIPES constantly strives to provide correct and up-to-date information. Despite the greatest care, no guarantee is given for the correctness and completeness of the contents of the websites listed here and/or these conditions of participation. The liability of SNIPES is excluded against this background – as far as legally permissible. This exclusion of liability does not apply to damages to life, body and health. SNIPES is not liable for the misuse of the winners prize or the failure of the winner to comply with the terms and conditions of the concert. SNIPES indemnifies Instagram and other related business ventures from any damage claims from Instagram-Users, that may arise in relation to this contest.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Insofar as individual provisions of these conditions of participation are or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of participation. Legal recourse is excluded. A cash payment, change or exchange of the prize is not possible. Participation rights are not transferable. These conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between the participants and SNIPES are subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Duration of retention of personal data or alternatively criteria for determining this duration: Two weeks after the prize has been sent to the winner, the personal data will be destroyed. This does not apply to film recordings made of the winner during the event.
