TERMS AND CONDITIONS RAFFLES
1. ORGANIZER AND PRICE
The organizer or host of the Instagram raffle for 2×2 Blockparty Deluxe Hamburg Guestlist spots plus 2×2 Blockparty Deluxe Merchandise Shirts is URBN CONCEPTS, Schanzenstraße 41, 51063 Cologne, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer” or “URBN CONCEPTS”). The Instagram raffle prize consists of 2×2 Blockparty Deluxe Hamburg Guestlist spots plus 2×2 Blockparty Deluxe Merchandise Shirts. The Blockparty Deluxe Hamburg is taking place on July 12 at Lagerstraße 18-25, 20357 Hamburg.
URBN CONCEPTS is the sole organizer of this giveaway.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Natural persons who are at least 16 years old and live in Europe. Participation in the giveaway is free and independent of the purchase of goods and services. By performing the actions described in section 3, the participant accepts the terms and conditions of this giveaway.
Winners are responsible for the accuracy of the data and contact details provided. In the event of a breach of the conditions of participation, URBN CONCEPTS reserves the right to exclude the persons concerned from the giveaway. In such cases, URBN CONCEPTS also has the right to subsequently refuse participation for further giveaways.
Employees of the URBN CONCEPTS Group are excluded from the Challenge.
3. PARTICIPATION
The giveaway takes place between 1st of July 2026, 6pm, and 5th of July 2026, 11:59pm, on the Karl Kani Europe Instagram (@karlkani_europe)
For a valid entry, the participant must follow the Karl Kani Europe account, like the giveaway post, and tag at least one person in the comments.
URBN CONCEPTS can exclude participants, who are tempering with the contest mechanism (I.e., using multiple Instagram-accounts) or are using computer systems, that allow the user to post multiple comments under the designated giveaway post from @karlkani_europe Participants, who use offensive, discriminatory and inappropriate language in their comment or infringe the copyright or moral rights of third parties with their comment, can be excluded from the participation of this giveaway.
The Challenge ends on July 5th 2026.
4. DRAW AND NOTIFICATION OF THE WINNERS
Among the participants who have fulfilled all the conditions in sections 2 and 3, 2 winners will be drawn. The drawing will be conducted randomly. The winner will be notified no later than July 6th 2026 via Instagram chat through the account @karlkani_europe.
To redeem the prize, the winner must provide their first and last name, address, and date of birth to URBN CONCEPTS by no later than July 8th 2026. Otherwise, URBN CONCEPTS reserves the right to draw a new winner. In the event that the aforementioned conditions are not met, it is at URBN CONCEPTS’ discretion to determine whether the prize is forfeited.
5. CANCELLATION
URBN CONCEPTS reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time without prior notice for important reasons. A termination for cause can occur in particular for technical reasons or for legal reasons a proper implementation of the production or the competition can no longer be guaranteed. Liability towards participants is excluded in this respect. If such a termination was caused by the intentional conduct of a participant, URBN CONCEPTS may demand compensation from this person for the damage incurred as a result.
6. LIABILITY
URBN CONCEPTS strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information at all times. Despite the utmost care, no guarantee is given for the accuracy and completeness of the content on the websites listed here and/or these terms and conditions of participation. URBN CONCEPTS is not liable for the misuse of the winner’s prize or for the winner’s non-compliance with the terms and conditions of participation.
Participation in the competition is at the participant’s own risk. URBN CONCEPTS SE and its affiliated companies are not liable for any damages arising from participation in the competition. This exclusion of liability does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence, nor for damages resulting in death, injury, or harm to health.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Insofar as individual provisions of these conditions of participation are or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of participation. Legal recourse is excluded. A cash payment, change or exchange of the prize is not possible. Participation rights are not transferable.
These conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between the participants and URBN CONCEPTS are subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Trusted employees of SNIPES SE or third parties commissioned by SNIPES SE for prize processing.
Duration of retention of personal data or alternatively criteria for determining this duration:
Two weeks after the prize has been sent to the winner, the personal data will be destroyed. This does not apply to film recordings made of the winner during the event.
Right of persons affected by data processing:
You have the right to obtain information from the controller regarding the personal data concerning you (Art. 15 GDPR), as well as the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), and the right to object to the processing of your data (Art. 21 GDPR). Please direct any such requests to the data protection officer mentioned above.
If the data processing is based solely on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, i.e. if you have given your consent to the collection and processing of your data, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent before its withdrawal.
